Eligibility: The loyalty program is open to individuals who are residents of India and are 18 years of age or older.

Employees of Ali's Cafe and Pizzeria and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the loyalty program.

Signup: To participate in the loyalty program, users must sign up through the official Ali's Cafe and Pizzeria app or website. Users must provide accurate and complete information during the signup process.

Earning Points: Users can earn points by making purchases at Ali's Cafe and Pizzeria. Points will be awarded based on the amount spent, as determined by the Cafe. The Cafe reserves the right to change the points earning structure at any time without prior notice.

Redeeming Rewards: Users can redeem their accumulated points for rewards offered by Ali's Cafe and Pizzeria. Rewards may include discounts, free items, or other benefits as determined by the Cafe. The availability of rewards is subject to change and may vary based on location.

Account Freeze Policy: In case any account is found to be tampered with, the Cafe holds the power to freeze the account with immediate effect until one of the two conclusions is reached:

a) The credited benefits (availed or unavailed) are audited with the corresponding bills to prove they have been generated from subsequent purchases, and the account will unfreeze and continue operating normally. (Please note: any purchases made during that period will not affect the benefits of that account).

b) If it is found out that any brute force is used to unethically tamper with the benefits due to be received, the user's account will be permanently blacklisted, and all unavailed benefits will stand unusable from there onwards. The user may face legal charges if applicable.

Modification of Terms: Ali's Cafe and Pizzeria reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any changes through the official Ali's Cafe and Pizzeria app or website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the loyalty program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, India.
